The Hotel "Gasthof Post" is an exclusive 5-star property in world-famous Lech at the no less famous Arlberg. Family-owned for more than 80 years and a member of the select circle of renowned "Relais & Châteaux" hotels for over 40 years, the hotel offers warm encounters, first-class cuisine and hours of exquisite relaxation.
The ambience at the "Post" has evolved in a long family tradition. A robust, proud farmhouse with thick walls has turned into an exceptional luxury hotel and, while retaining its original charm, has remained an inn. The Stuben in familiar wood, the artistically painted furniture, exquisite antiques and hunting trophies as well as the attention to detail convey an atmosphere of high affinity to the local community, lifestyle culture and warmth.
46 spacious rooms and suites are available to the guests. Some are traditional and country-style, others innovative and contemporary. All of them are, of course, stylish and classy. The Chalet Säge of the "Post"
The Chalet "Säge" is located opposite the main house. It offers guests two bedrooms, two living areas with tiled stoves, two bathrooms with steam bath and a small kitchen on 130 m² as well as a terrace. There are four more beds in the so-called "Heidi attic", accessible via a ladder staircase. A true paradise for children. The Alpine furnishings and the homely atmosphere will make you experience unforgettable hours. And of course, you will enjoy the usual 5-star service here as well.
Please note: The chalet "Säge" is only bookable in winter.

The panorama restaurant Postblick - Our new panorama restaurant Postblick, which was completed on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Moosbrugger Family, seats both our house and à la carte guests. In this restaurant - a mixture of modernity and tradition - you can enjoy the delicacies of our executive chef Michael Rieser and a wonderful view of the surrounding world of mountains.
The Jägerstube at the Hotel "Gasthof Post" in Lech - During the winter season, you can enjoy the creative cuisine of chef Michael Rieser in the traditional hunting lodge-style Jägerstube. Here you have the opportunity to experience a specially created gourmet menu. Our sommelier will be happy to help you pair your meal perfectly with the wines. In summer, the Jägerstube is reserved for private events.
The Emostube at the Hotel "Gasthof Post" in Lech - The Emostube, named after the artist Emo Henrich, offers a cosy atmosphere in traditional Austrian style. Here you can enjoy our classic cuisine while relaxing. During the winter season, it is possible to experience a cosy evening with a fondue chinoise upon advance reservation. During the summer season, the Emostube is reserved for private events.
The Kutscherstube - the traditional restaurant in Lech - The Kutscherstube at the Hotel "Gasthof Post" is the "inn" of the property. Here we serve you tasty delicacies from the Austrian cuisine. House guests can enjoy their half-board in the casual setting of the Kutscherstube.

The Bemelmans Bar at the Hotel "Gasthof Post" - Our bar is named after the US writer Ludwig Bemelmans, who was a loyal regular until the end of the 1950s. Our bar team will pamper you with fine spirits, great single malts, exquisite cocktails and selected wines and champagnes. The bar is a popular meeting place - from après-ski until midnight.
