Culinary seduction

At the Quelle, Mediterranean delicacies go hand in hand with South Tyrolean treats from dawn to dusk, building a symbiotic relationship between light bites and hearty meals. Prepared using the best, fresh, predominantly local ingredients, they are a real delight to our guests.

Enjoy our 3/4 gourmet board with:

Extensive breakfast buffet with many organic and healthy options… examples are freshly squeezed orange and fruit juices, rustic organic bread and many other tasty titbits from the area. Topped off with a small glass of bubbly on the terrace, starting your day like this will definitely be a major highlight of your holiday in the Dolomites.
Lunch, served from 12.30 pm, with fresh meals in our show kitchen. Ranging from fine soups and fresh salads to sweet cakes and strudel from our on-site patisserie.
In the evenings, gourmet menu with creative South Tyrolean dishes and typical Italian cuisine, salad buffet, extensive range of crudités and antipasti, assortment of cheeses procured from local farms and dessert buffet. Also vegetarian dishes and meals.

New 2023: our new restaurant, The Glass Restaurant, offers an impressive panorama of our outdoor wellness garden and alpine pastures... the play of colours on the Gsieser mountains is particularly beautiful at sunset.
Not to forget: the total restyling of our hotel bar including the new Rum Lounge.

As a good glass of wine is often a necessary accompaniment for a lot of the more exquisite dinners, we also offer a rich selection of speciality and rare wines from Italy and across the world. We currently store over 10,000 bottles in our Millennium Weinquell wine cellar, where Akos, our sommelier, regularly holds interesting tasting sessions, offering fascinating insights into the world of wine. You will learn a lot from him, such as exciting details about exquisite specialities, famous names and rare vintages.

Our bar: Before your holiday is through, we also recommend you try one or two of the outstanding cocktails witch our barman will be delighted to mix for you; an excellent glass of whiskey or a cigar in our comfortable Cigar Lounge.

A special experience ... the traditional heads of the champagne bottle with a saber: the sabrage with Maitre Sabreur (Confrérie du Sabre d'Or) Akos Joo will be held on saturday.
