We fuse the regenerative powers of nature and science throughout our spa. The floral scent of orange blossom fills the air, and nourishing Sicilian botanicals – harvested from Verdura’s Organic Farm – enrich our proprietary skincare products.

Amare -- There are seafood restaurants and then there’s Amare. Walk across the sand and step inside, listening as the waves lap against the shore, and settle in for a night of sublimely fresh seafood on the beachfront.
Liolà -- With a colourful dining room that celebrates and showcases local artisanal crafts, and an outdoor terrace that looks out over the Sicilian coastline, Liolà is a stunning setting.
Zagara -- Named for the fragrant orange blossom that scents the estate, Zagara restaurant is a unique expression of place, with a menu that revels in the flavours and ingredients of the Mediterranean.
Buongiorno -- Enjoy your breakfast with a side of Sicilian sunshine and views out over the Mediterranean.
Granita -- Warm and inviting, Granita Bar is open throughout the day for tapas-style Mediterranean dishes and regional specialties, alongside a range of expertly-mixed cocktails that are unique to Verdura.
