Nestled within our olive grove, our organic vegetable gardens cultivate over 50 varieties of vegetables and 30 aromatic herbs, ensuring a fresh and seasonal supply for our estate. Eggs come fresh from our estate’s chicken coop, while jams and bread are lovingly prepared on-site, ensuring every meal is a true reflection of our dedication to quality and authenticity.
Our chefs transform these organic ingredients into exquisite farm-to-table meals, celebrating the flavors of traditional yet refined Tuscan cuisine. Organic meat is sourced from trusted local butchers, with whom we’ve collaborated for over 30 years, as well as from our second estate by the seaside. Cheeses and salumi are locally produced in nearby villages, while fresh fish and seafood are hand-selected from the coastal fish market in Grosseto.
